Global Sound Station offers the Global Sound Station Service free of charge. For your convenience, you have the option to purchase a premium membership ("Premium Membership") for use pursuant to the Global Sound Station Service. If you elect to use the Premium Membership or the free service, when you sign up for the Global Sound Station Premium Service, we may ask you to provide the following information: (1) username; (2) password; (3) email address; (4) date of birth; (5) gender; (6) postal code; and (7) country of residence. In the event you elect to purchase a Premium Membership, Global Sound Station may also ask you to provide your credit or debit card number and information. We may also collect information you voluntarily add to your membership profile, such as your mobile phone number and mobile service provider. For the free artist version Global Sound Station requires an email, and music files, artist name, and state they represent. Global Sound Station offers you the ability to connect to the artist provided link and may store this information so that it may be used, from time to time, for the purposes set forth and explained
4.SECURITY Access to listener/customer information is limited to those who specifically need it to conduct their business responsibilities. We use security techniques designed to protect our listener/customer information—especially information that is used by employees and business partners to fulfill listener/customer services. In addition to providing listeners/customers with the opportunity to refuse marketing offers, we release information only at the listeners'/customers' requests, or when required to do so by law or other regulatory authority. When a court order or subpoena requires us to release information, we notify the listener/customer directly so that his/her legal rights can be exercised, if appropriate. The only exceptions to this policy are when we are prohibited by court order or law from notifying the listener/customer, or cases in which fraud and/or criminal activity is suspected. Finally, each Global Sound Station employee is personally responsible for maintaining listener and customer confidentiality. All Global Sound Station employees are required to sign an agreement that they will comply with these policies. Employees who violate these policies are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Employees are expected to report violations—and may do so confidentially—to their managers or other supervisors.
